Architectural Drawing: Representing Relativity
This is a sketch investigating representation of spacetime in the architectural drawing. I am trying to investigate a drawing style that allows me to integrate the relationship of space to time on the drawing and within representational space. The plan and section correspond to the x & y axis which represent space (the plan) and time (the section). The plan allows one to view the amount of space defined by a buildings structure while the section presents the potential for duration or action through time. Basic notes. Needs development.

Ethereal-Virtualization | Me no want to die
It occurred to me recently that every human action is a resistance to death. Photography in particular has much to do with the process of desiring to become immortal (or immaterial?). The constant sublimation and digital conversion of the real world into the virtual (through photography and other representative media) signals an underlying desire to live in an ethereal state where the idea of oneself is not hindered by ones physicality.
